    • Research on data conversion method for port master plans based on FME

      2023(4):1-8.

      Abstract (608) HTML (0) PDF 0.00 Byte (0) Comment (0) Favorites

Abstract:In 2006, the former Ministry of Communications issued The Content and Text Format of Port Master Plan, which clarified the relevant requirements for planning drawings. The port master plan atlas is a means of visually expressing the content of port planning. Under the requirements of the new stage of “integration of multiple plans”, the atlas drawing of port master plans encounters the problems such as the lack of basic data on port waters and data conversion between software. To solve these problems, this paper proposes a data conversion method for port master plans based on the software FME. This method uses FME to accurately and non-destructively convert the port planning data traditionally carried by the software AutoCAD into the GIS format and extracts and converts the geographic data of electronic charts to make up for the missing basic data on port waters. Practical applications prove that the proposed method can meet the new requirements for the atlas drawing of port master plans.

      2023(4):9-13.

      Abstract (446) HTML (0) PDF 0.00 Byte (0) Comment (0) Favorites

Abstract:Based on the requirements of building a national high-grade waterway system, the characteristics of the current situation of China navigation structures are systematically sorted out. To evaluate the adaptability of the current situation of national high-grade waterway navigation structures in China main trunk streams, tributaries and the Yangtze River Delta, this paper proposes to take the proportion of hydro-junctions which can pass ships of more than 1, 000-ton and the average utilization rate of passing capacity of navigation structures as the main indicators, and take the average annual navigation hours, the proportion of double-track navigation structures, and average waiting time of ships as reference indicators. The analysis shows that navigable structures of the national high-grade waterways have been greatly improved, but there are still problems such as lagging construction, insufficient capacity of main stream locks, low navigation grades of tributary locks, and generally low service levels. It is recommended to speed up the pace of construction in 14th Five-Year Plan, and in the long run, in order to ensure the capacity, service level and reliability of the national high-grade waterways, in principle, each hydro-junctions should reserve double-track navigation structures according to the standard of 1,000-ton and above.

    • Hydrodynamic characteristics of new semi-circular member based on Flow-3D

      2023(4):20-25.

      Abstract (417) HTML (0) PDF 0.00 Byte (0) Comment (0) Favorites

Abstract:Ecological spur dike is a new type of regulation member based on hydraulics and ecology. It not only controls river water level and maintains slope stability, but also promotes ecological restoration. In this paper, Flow-3D fluid mechanics software is used to analyze the flow velocity, turbulent kinetic energy and other key hydrodynamic factors of the new semi-circular member. The results show that the fitting result of flow velocity based on Flow-3D numerical simulation is good, and it is feasible to use this software to study the hydrodynamic characteristics of complex components in waterway regulation engineering. The diaphragm in the new semi-circular member divides the cavity into two areas, the flow velocity and turbulent energy in the upper layer are obviously higher than those in the lower layer, and the flow velocity and turbulent kinetic energy in the lower layer are basically not affected by the external flow velocity. The upper and lower layers of the member have different ecological effects and their hydrodynamic characteristics are suitable for the survival of fish and benthic organisms respectively.

    • Method for analyzing reflection wave curve considering signal attenuation and superposition correction

      2023(4):26-31.

      Abstract (381) HTML (0) PDF 0.00 Byte (0) Comment (0) Favorites

Abstract:Attenuation of defect reflection signals, superposition of multiple defect reflection signals, and defect shapes are key factors that affect the recognition of defect features during the analysis of low-strain curves. In view of the difference in the attenuation coefficient of wave propagation before incidence and after reflection at the defect interface and the superimposed interference of defect reflection, this paper obtains the attenuation coefficient of wave propagation by partially fitting the measured reflection wave curve with the theoretical reflection wave curve of an intact pile segment and utilizing superposition correction. In addition, the paper proposes an improved method for calculating the integrity coefficient based on measured curve fitting. At the same time, based on the transient response simulation technique of gradually varied defect piles in stratified soil, this paper puts forward the method of further analyzing defect features with integrity coefficient. Finally, the paper verifies the effectiveness of the method by employing the measured reflection wave curve.

    • Force analysis of isomerism pile group under flow load shielding effect

      2023(4):32-38.

      Abstract (358) HTML (0) PDF 0.00 Byte (0) Comment (0) Favorites

Abstract:China-Maldives Friendship Bridge adopts a pile group foundation, and vertical and horizontal displacements appear when the ocean current passes the pile group. In order to explore the calculation method of the flow load of the isomerism pile group, this paper measures the flow load of single and double piles by a one-way tank model test, proposes a formula for the flow load of the isomerism pile group, and verifies the rationality of the formula according to the test results of flow load of pile group. The results show that the flow load of the parallel two piles decreases with the increase in the pile center distance, and the interference effect between the two piles disappears when the pile center distance is greater than 5D. In addition, the flow load of the back pile of two piles in series increases with the increase in the pile center distance, and the shielding effect between the two piles weakens when the pile center distance is greater than 20D. With the increase in the angle of current, the flow load of the back pile presents a sinusoidal distribution, and different trends appear with the change of pile center distance.

      2023(4):43-50.

      Abstract (348) HTML (0) PDF 0.00 Byte (0) Comment (0) Favorites

Abstract:The liquefaction of ground is one of the main reasons for the destruction of the wharf structure under seismic action. A two-dimensional finite element numerical model is established for a type of 200, 000-tonnage sheet-pile wharf with relieving platform, and the effective stress method is applied to analyze the dynamic time-history of the wharf structure, its force and deformation in liquefiable ground and the dynamic response of the surrounding soil are analyzed in details. The results are summarized as following:in the liquefiable ground, the deformation of the front wall of the new type of sheet-pile wharf is different from that of the traditional single anchored flexible retaining wall, and there is no obvious bulging deformation. The bending moment of the front wall is the largest in the seismic action, and the maximum bending moment is located near the sea floor. The structure of the wharf has magnified effect on the seismic response of the surrounding soil, and the influence of the empty face on the PGA decreases with the increase of the earthquake intensity. The soil liquefaction range increases with the increase of ground motion intensity, and there is a risk of overall slip in the case of 0. 50g.

    • Damage analysis of all-vertical-piled wharf under ship’s impact load

      2023(4):56-63.

      Abstract (291) HTML (0) PDF 0.00 Byte (0) Comment (0) Favorites

Abstract:By simulating the pile-soil interaction and hydrodynamic pressure with the lumped parameter model and added mass method, respectively, this paper uses the contact algorithm to simulate the collision between ship and wharf, so as to analyze the dynamic damage to the all-vertical-piled wharf under a ships impact load. The results indicate that the hydrodynamic pressure on the piles has almost no influence on the collision force, wharf displacement, and damage index of the pile, which is neglectable, while the pile-soil interaction has a non-negligible influence on the wharf displacement and damage index of the pile. In addition, this study investigates the influences of different impact positions, impact angles, and impact speeds on the damage to the wharf structure. The results indicate that the collision position at the edge of the wharf and the impact angle of 90° (perpendicular to the wharf) are detrimental to the wharf, and a faster impact speed means more serious damage to the wharf.

    • Internal forces analysis methods of combinatorial structure of sheet piles and tubular piles

      2023(4):64-71.

      Abstract (313) HTML (0) PDF 0.00 Byte (0) Comment (0) Favorites

Abstract:Regarding the calculation of combinatorial structure of sheet piles and tubular piles, different analysis methods are compared through finite element analysis software SAP2000 and PLAXIS, the bending moments, axial forces, shear forces and displacements are obtained, these results and the reasons for the differences are analyzed. The results show that the calculation model of SAP2000 will result in a smaller calculated internal force, because it overestimates the soil support to sheet piles. While the PLAXIS 2D will result in a bigger calculated internal force, because it ignores the deformation of tubular piles. The internal force calculation results obtained by using the iterative calculation model of the two software combined are close to the results produced by PLAXIS 3D, which shows that the results of the above method are consistent with the actual situation.

      2023(4):72-77.

      Abstract (761) HTML (0) PDF 0.00 Byte (0) Comment (0) Favorites

Abstract:In order to improve the berth throughput capacity of the ore wharf in Dongjiakou Port area of Qingdao Port and enhance the efficiency of unloading operations, this paper considers the high risk factor for two 400, 000-ton ore ships to conduct mooring operations in a port with a limited basin under the background that the utilization rate of the ore berth in Dongjiakou Port area is currently high, and no new wharf is built. Based on the ship maneuvering simulation test, the paper simulates a mooring operation test of the 400, 000-ton ore ships under different conditions of wind, wave, and current and determines the key elements of 400, 000-ton ore ship mooring operations according to the test results. The results show that under determined key elements of mooring operations, Dongjiakou Port area can safely carry out the 400, 000-ton ore ship mooring operations.

    • Selection and arrangement of fenders for large official ship wharf

      2023(4):78-83.

      Abstract (355) HTML (0) PDF 0.00 Byte (0) Comment (0) Favorites

Abstract:The shape of a large official ship is quite different from that of ordinary bulk cargo and container ships, and the shape of a berthing ship has a great influence on the selection and arrangement of wharf fenders. The selection and arrangement of the original fenders of an official ship wharf in coastal areas of Fujian fail to fully consider the influence of the shape of the official ship and the large water level difference, and the fenders cannot meet the requirement of safe berthing during the trial berthing of a real ship. Through extensive investigation and experience reference of similar wharf fender arrangements, this paper appropriately modifies the wharf fenders. Specifically, the paper mainly sets up berthing columns on the wharf surface and installs rotary rubber fenders. Finally, the modified wharf fenders pass the berthing verification of the real ship within the ebb and flow cycle and show an excellent application effect. The modified wharf fenders provide a certain reference for selecting and arranging berthing fenders for large official ships in areas with large water level differences.

    • Observation of mechanical characteristics of wire rope hoist ship lift with chamber entering water in Goupitan

      2023(4):84-90.

      Abstract (497) HTML (0) PDF 0.00 Byte (0) Comment (0) Favorites

Abstract:Ship lifts of first step and third step in Goupitan are the largest wire rope hoist vertical ship lifts with chamber entering water built in the world at present. This paper investigates the mechanical characteristics in the processes of chamber getting in and out water by prototype observation, and verifies some innovation designs of the ship lift. The results indicate that the ship lift runs smoothly and stably when the chamber gets in and out of water with design speed. The parameters, such as wind speed of the overflow holes, hydraulic load on the chamber, chamber stress and deformation, rolling drum torque and stress, stably change within the expected and safety range. Good results are achieved in the design of the blow holes and the wedge shape of bottom plate of the chamber. Within the design operation speed, the getting in and out of water speeds of the chamber have little impact on the mechanical characteristics of the ship lift, and there is still some room to optimize the chamber running speed.

    • Flow ratio optimization of combined valves in hydro-driven ship lift

      2023(4):91-95.

      Abstract (364) HTML (0) PDF 0.00 Byte (0) Comment (0) Favorites

Abstract:The layout of “parallel three valves+rectangular sudden expansion” is adopted in the valve section of Jinghong hydro-drvien ship lift. At present, there is no scientific guiding basis for the flow distribution of the combined valves. In this paper, based on Jinghong hydro-drvien ship lift, a three-dimensional numerical model of valve segment is built to study the flow field characteristics under different flow ratios of combined valves. The results show that the flow field uniformity of joint operation of three valves is the best. When the flow ratio of valves is equal to 31, the lowest pressure in the flow field is the highest, the maximum velocity is the lowest, the turbulence is weak, and the cavitation is best inhibited. The reasonable flow ratio of combined valves is positively correlated with the flow coefficient ratio. The optimal flow ratio of the main and auxiliary valves is approximately equal to 3:1 for combined valves in Jinghong project.

    • Corrosion characteristics of metal structure for ship lock under saltwater intrusion and drying-wetting alternation

      2023(4):96-103.

      Abstract (309) HTML (0) PDF 0.00 Byte (0) Comment (0) Favorites

Abstract:The metal structure of estuarine ship locks is used to resist upstream saltwater intrusion and the corrosive high-frequency drying-wetting alternating environment caused by frequent water filling and emptying during the operation of ship locks. The corrosion characteristics of the metal structure (gate valve, mooring facilities, etc. ) in this special environment, however, are unknown. Therefore, this paper conducts corrosion tests of steel samples under high-frequency drying-wetting alternation of saltwater and analyzes the change rules of corrosion morphologies and corrosion rates of steel samples under different concentrations of chlorine salt and different drying and wetting regimes. On this basis, it investigates the adaptability of the anti-corrosive coatings of polyurethane, epoxy coal tar pitch, and chlorinated rubber in this special corrosive environment. The results show that the high-frequency wetting-drying alternation of saltwater can considerably accelerate the corrosion rate of steel, and the acceleration degree decreases with the increase in drying time. The corrosion rate of carbon steel in the high-frequency drying-wetting alternating environment of saltwater is about 5. 0 to 6. 0 times that in a freshwater environment and 1. 5 to 2. 0 times that in an ocean tidal environment. According to the measured macro-morphology and adhesion of various anti-corrosive coatings in the above special corrosive environment and the technical and economic analysis, it is suggested that chlorinated rubber coatings should be used as anti-corrosive materials for the metal structure of estuarine ship locks.

    • Influence of new bridge piers on regulation buildings and its protection measures

      2023(4):104-109.

      Abstract (404) HTML (0) PDF 0.00 Byte (0) Comment (0) Favorites

Abstract:The minimum distance between the piers of the proposed Nanjimen track-specific bridge and the downstream regulation buildings is only 24 m. The completed piers will have a certain adverse impact on the stability of the regulation buildings themselves, which can affect the waterway regulation effect of this river section and the realization of the established regulation goals. We use the two-dimensional flow and sediment mathematical model to calculate the changes of water and sediment conditions after the completion of the bridge piers, and analyze the effect of the proposed joint protection scheme. The results show that the bridge construction has little impact on the navigable flow conditions of the channel in engineering river section. However, it will cause local scour in areas such as the pier, the front of the vertical retaining wall and the head of the spur longitudinal dike, which can affect the stability of the pier, the retaining wall and the Z1# spur longitudinal dike itself. After the implementation of the joint protection scheme, the local scour range is significantly reduced, and the scour intensity is significantly weakened, which ensures the stability of the regulation buildings and bridges, and ensures the normal functioning of the original design function of the channel regulation project.

    • Reconstruction of top water seal device of reversed tainter valve of ship lock

      2023(4):110-115.

      Abstract (304) HTML (0) PDF 0.00 Byte (0) Comment (0) Favorites

Abstract:The daily failure of the ship lock reversed tainter valve is the damage of the top water seal. Especially when the reversed tainter valve is opened, the top water seal and the gate lintel are separated to form a narrow gap. The stress on the water seal is terrible, causing the water seal to be easily damaged. The modification of the top water seal device from improving the fixation reliability of the water seal and the force are studied. The issues in the existing fixation methods of the water seal are analyzed. Perforated bolts and two nuts are used to fix and prevent loosening to improve reliability. Water retaining plates are added to the water seal on the test device, then the force state of the water seal is tested. The results show that the cavitation of the water seal is weakened. The hydrodynamic time-averaged pressure load is reduced. The self-excited vibration of the top water seal can be suppressed, and the force state of the water seal is improved. In the overhaul of Gezhouba No. 3 ship lock in 2022, the top water seal device of the reversed tainter valve is modified, and the operation effect is good after the modification.

      2023(4):116-122.

      Abstract (454) HTML (0) PDF 0.00 Byte (0) Comment (0) Favorites

Abstract:The layout of fishway entrance directly affects the effect of fish inducing and the efficiency of fish passage. Taking the case of Linhuaigang hydro-junction, this paper presents a fine simulation of the downstream river flow field under typical conditions by constucting a two-dimensional numerical model of the flow field in wide and shallow rivers, and compares and studies three different layout schemes combining with the results of acoustic investigation of fish distribution in the reach. The results indicate that flow velocities on the left and right banks downstream of the sluice meet the suitability conditions for fish, and are close to the fish aggregation area, which meet the requirement for the arrangement of the fishway entrance. To determine the layout scheme, the economic benefits, construction difficulties and engineering safety should be considered, and the sluice gate operation scheme should be adjusted accordingly.

Abstract:The design of water conveyance system is the key work of ship lock engineering design. The rationality of its design determines the effect of water conveyance and the durability of the ship lock. The size of water conveyance culvert directly affects the time of water conveyance and mooring condition. To determine the reasonable size of water conveyance culvert and structure section, this paper takes a junction lock as an example, from the perspective of the hydraulic structure and economic analysis, uses the finite element method to calculate the structure internal force of structure section corresponding to the sizes of two different water conveyance culverts, and makes a comparative analysis of the different structure section from engineering cost, and gets a better lock structure section with the reasonable size of the water conveyance culvert.

    • Stress characteristics of downstream sinking flexible mattress constructed with unidirectional grille

      2023(4):129-136.

      Abstract (479) HTML (0) PDF 0.00 Byte (0) Comment (0) Favorites

Abstract:Flexible mattress constructed with unidirectional grille is a new type of flexible mattress, which is composed of three parts from the bottom to the top:anti-filtering geotextile fabrics, unidirectional grille, and concrete ballast block. Taking the revetment project in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River as the application scenario, the finite-element method is used to simulate the stress characteristics of the unidirectional grille constructed flexible mattress under the condition of downstream sinking. The maximum stress of the unidirectional grille constructed flexible mattress increases with the relative displacement of the ship, the water depth, the water velocity, and weight of ballast block, while the maximum stress decreases with the increase of the angle between the water flow direction and the flexible mattress sinking direction. Under various downstream sinking conditions, the stresses obviously concentrate at the lower end of the flap of the paving ship on the unidirectional grille constructed flexible mattress, and the maximum stress is located at the lower end of the flap and about one meter away from the edges on both sides in the width direction of the flexible mattress, while the middle part of the flexible mattress is less stressed. The results show that the maximum stress of the unidirectional grille constructed flexible mattress is much lower than its tensile strength, and it presents good adaptability in the riverbed protection project of the middle and lower reaches of Yangtze River. Compared with the traditional flexible mattress made of the reinforced belt, the cost of the unidirectional grille constructed flexible mattress can reduce by more than 20%.

      2023(4):137-142.

      Abstract (516) HTML (0) PDF 0.00 Byte (0) Comment (0) Favorites

Abstract:Buoyancy tank and back tie rod are effective measures to improve the torsional resistance of miter gate of medium and low head ship lock. There is less research work considering both pontoon and back tie prestress. Based on the miter gate of a ship lock under construction in Jiangsu Province, a finite element model of miter gate space thin-walled structure is established in this paper. The torsion resistance of miter gates with different pontoons is calculated and compared, and a more reasonable pontoon setting scheme is proposed. On this basis, the torsion resistance of miter gate with different arrangement of back tie rod is studied, and an improved optimization model of back tie rod prestress is proposed, which can improve the overall anti-torsional ability of the gate after the prestress is applied. The research results show that the combined torsion resistance scheme of miter gate with U-shaped pontoon and prestressed back tie rod proposed in this paper can effectively improve the overall torsion resistance of the gate. The research methods and results can provide a reference for the design of miter gate of medium and low head ship lock.

      Abstract (543) HTML (0) PDF 0.00 Byte (0) Comment (0) Favorites

Abstract:Regarding the problem that the ship lock of the Shuangqiao hub has the opening lock demand and needs to be jointly dispatched with that of the Xinjianghai River, this study takes the triangular gate and the lift gate as the service gate separately upon the analysis of the operation of domestic lift gates and the opening conditions of the lock. It compares the two schemes from the aspects of the plane layout, operation and maintenance, the navigation capacity of the lock, the quantities, and the costs in terms of technologies and economy. The results show that in the case of the lift gate, the cost is low, but the gate passing efficiency is low;hence, the lift gate is suitable for ship locks with a small water level difference, less heavy freight, and infrequent opening and closing of gates. The triangular gate, in contrast, has strong adaptability and can match the passing capacity of the ship lock of the Xinjianghai River, featuring reliable hoist operation and convenient operation and maintenance. Therefore, it can be generally recommended. The research result can provide a reference for the selection of a ship locks gate and the evaluation of the construction scheme.

Abstract:Based on the analysis of riverbed evolution and navigation-obstructing characteristics of Qichun waterway in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River, this paper studies the effect of the project scheme for regulating the waterway with a depth of 6. 0 m by river model test and determines the regulation project scheme of Qichun waterway. The project scheme consists of a submerged dam project on the Lijiazhou beach, a project of three shoal protection belts, a high shoal protection project, and a revetment reinforcement project on the left bank. The research results show that this project scheme only affects the project area and its vicinity and has a slight impact on the overall river regime, flood control, embankments, and other external environments. The revetment reinforcement project on the left bank further enhances the stability of the shoreline on the left bank. The research provides some experience in designing channel regulation project schemes under complex external environments.

    • New evolution characteristics of riverbed in Dongliu reach of lower Yangtze River after flood in 2020

      2023(4):161-165.

      Abstract (339) HTML (0) PDF 0.00 Byte (0) Comment (0) Favorites

Abstract:Dongliu reach of lower Yangtze River is a typical multi-branched shoal reach and faces difficult regulation. Based on the measured data over the years, this paper analyzes the evolution law of beach groups in Dongliu reach. The results show that part of the riverbed in Dongliu reach has changed greatly after a flood in 2020. Specifically, lower bank slopes of Huayang Sluice on the left bank have collapsed in a wide range, and the elevation on the head of Mianhua shoal has cut down and tended to separate from the fish-bone dam project. In addition, the evolution of shoals and beaches is unfavorable. Therefore, the paper suggests that the bank slope on the left bank of the inlet reach should adopt measures to protect the project, and the project for protecting the head of Mianhua shoal should expand its application range, so as to restrain the flow scour on the beach surface and ensure the long-term stability of the multi-branched and water-diversion pattern of the reach.

      2023(4):166-173.

      Abstract (491) HTML (0) PDF 0.00 Byte (0) Comment (0) Favorites

Abstract:Due to the bad service environment of sea-crossing bridge and port engineering, the crack images collected in most cases have complex background and high noise. A method of extracting image cracks feature based on fractal theory and secondary segmentation is proposed in this paper to overcome the shortcomings of the existing technology. In this method, fractal parameters are used as the characteristic parameters of the crack image, which can preferentially suppress the problem of excessive interference in the crack image, and effectively overcome the interference factors such as uneven gray level, large noise and complex background. At the same time, two different algorithms are combined based on the quadratic segmentation theory. The first segmentation is used to eliminate the interference area, and the second segmentation is used to precisely segment the cracks in the target area, so as to accurately and effectively extract the cracks of concrete structure and achieve better segmentation effect.

      Abstract (332) HTML (0) PDF 0.00 Byte (0) Comment (0) Favorites

Abstract:Ship lock is an important navigation structure in the channel. The capacity of the ship lock restricts the transportation capacity of the channel. Technical improvement of the control system is one of the most effective methods to improve the efficiency of the ship lock. Fuzzy control is an imprecise regulation model established by establishing a rule base and combining a large number of practices and expert experience to determine the membership function. In this paper, fuzzy-PID control is applied to the dual-side gate variable speed follow-up control. The feedback of the opening instrument is used to disturb the flow of the hydraulic system, so as to adjust the opening speed of the gate and form a closed loop control. The simulation and field function tests are carried out. The results show that the system ensures the stability, reliability and adaptability of the control system, the gate operates well synchronously, and the stability and efficiency of ship passing the lock are improved significantly.

Abstract:The traditional stacking materials with direct drainage vacuum preloading face the problems of high energy consumption, ecological environment damage and potential pollution, high costs, limited transportation of stacking materials, and a long construction period. To solve these problems, this paper adopts the method of direct drainage vacuum preloading combined with water bag stacking for the monitoring and detection tests on site. The measured total settlement, residual settlement, degree of consolidation, settlement rate, pore water pressure, and other indicators meet the design requirements. The results show that vacuum preloading combined with water bag stacking has the advantages of simple construction processes, environmental protection, safe and reliable performance, a short construction period, and low costs. It has achieved good economic and social benefits, which is of great significance and value for promoting the development and progress of soft foundation treatment.

Abstract:Taking the deep soft soil subgrade in the railway special line of a port area in Beihai as the engineering background, this paper considers comprehensive factors such as site conditions, construction period, and project cost and puts forward the technical scheme of soft foundation treatment by dynamic compaction cushion method. Through the field full-scale test of soft foundation reinforcement, the paper verifies the effect of the dynamic compaction cushion method on soft foundation treatment by static cone penetration test, standard penetration test, and load test. The results show that the proposed technical scheme of the dynamic compaction cushion method is feasible, and it can deal with the soft soil subgrade with a thickness of 6 m. The dynamic compaction cushion method combining point compaction and full compaction can effectively improve the efficiency of soft foundation treatment. The research results can provide technical references for similar soft foundation reinforcement projects.

Abstract:To reasonably control the investment, the dredging ship types should be reasonably selected according to the project construction conditions. Based on the cutter suction dredger, according to the current dredging quota, this paper analyzes the composition and influencing factors of dredging price. By analyzing the price curve of different dredging ship types at different blowing distances, the changing trend of unit price is obtained and the economic ship types with the same blowing distances are found out. The economic and applicable dredging project scope of large and medium-sized cutter suction dredgers is summarized. The results show that when the blowing distance is the same, the large cutter suction dredger has obvious cost advantage and is more suitable for long distance blowing and filling. When the amount of dredging is small, the cost advantage of small and medium-sized cutter suction dredger is obvious. When the amount of dredging is more than 2 million m3, the cost advantage of large dredger is obvious. When the transport distance is far, it is better to choose grab dredger than rake suction dredger.

      Abstract (570) HTML (0) PDF 0.00 Byte (0) Comment (0) Favorites

Abstract:Regarding the cracking problem of mass concrete of ship lock, the thermodynamic and deformation properties of concrete with different mix ratios are studied by laboratory tests. Based on multi-field coupling model, cracking risk calculation of corridor structure concrete has been carried out. The research results show that the addition of anti-cracking agent reduces the drying shrinkage and produces large expansion at the initial stage of autogenous volume deformation, which significantly improves the volume stability and anti-cracking performance of concrete. The anti-cracking agent can reduce the maximum cracking risk coefficient of the ship lock corridor structure concrete by more than 40%, and make the cracking risk of the corridor concrete below 0. 7, which greatly reduces the risk of structural concrete cracking.

    • Integral pouring of lock chamber wall with mobile mold frame and low slump concrete

Abstract:Considering the characteristics of the lock chamber wall in Hangzhou Babao Lock of the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal, this paper introduces a mobile mold frame and belt conveyor feeding system for the integral pouring of the lock chamber wall. A set-shaped steel formwork integrally supports the high lock chamber wall through the mobile mold frame. Meanwhile, the low slump concrete pouring of the belt conveyor feeding system enables the one-time integral pouring of low slump concrete, which avoids water seepage and misalignment of layered joints. The proposed method solves the problem that large volume concrete with a high slump is prone to form cracks by the conventional pumping process, thereby enhancing the construction efficiency and internal and external quality of the lock chamber wall.
