Abstract:Shuangyu Island project by China Merchants Group is the first comprehensive urban development artificial island for tourism,residence and ecological development that is approved by the State Council.For the relatively complicated construction conditions of this region such as hydrology,topography,geology,etc.,we summarize the plane form and arrangement,influence of construction on surrounding environment,waterfront layout,standard and plan of revetment,land reclamation,impermeability of inner river,water exchange and other characteristics,and obtain standard and scheme according to a large amount of scheme comparisons,model tests and data analysis.The design idea and achievement of this project can be used as a reference for other similar projects.

Abstract:Nowadays,there is a phenomenon that the cooperation on land-transport infrastructure between China and Vietnam has been increasingly close.But,it is hardly to find a Chinese enterprise in Vietnamese port investment market.From the perspective of Chinese companies,we summarize the macro and regional economic development of Vietnam.Based on an almost fully understanding of the master plan for seaports in Vietnam,the harbors which are worth being highlighted by Chinese asset are picked up.We also analyze relevant issues that China enterprises shall pay attention to when investing in Vietnamese harbors,and put forward suggestions and co-op modes of investing Vietnamese seaports for Chinese companies.

Abstract:In the past,the key areas for water transport construction in our country were the coastal regions,and the constructions of the inland water transport were relatively lack of attention.In order to help water transport engineering survey and design enterprises to recognize the situation and grasp the construction opportunities of the inland water transport,this paper combs and analyzes the data and planning information of inland water transport,summarizes the development status and trends of inland water transport,and clarifies the key areas for the construction of the inland water transport in the future.The conclusion is drawn that the inland wharf and related water conservancy facilities will be the key task for the construction of China’s waterborne transport at present and in the future period of time,and we should pay close attention to the project of specialized wharf of inland water such as container terminal,the project of inland river logistics node,the project of waterway and water conservancy,and cross-border international water project.

Abstract:As an important method to expand living and development space,land reclamation is widely practiced in many coastal countries in the world.The main engineering content of land reclamation includes the dyke and reclamation,and the closure design has great influences on the construction,safety and cost of the project.This paper uses a mega project as an example to discuss how to reasonably determine the closure position,dividing regions,hydraulic calculations,protecting closure,construction security,economical efficiency,etc.,and summarizes the key points and standardized process of the closure design.

Abstract:Under the support of national policy,some AMP demonstration projects for bulk wharf are launched by each terminal while these projects are a little different from the related requirements of JT and IEC standards.In order to be closely integrated with engineering design,we study the relevant codes and standards,conclude advantages and disadvantages of different schemes by comparing LVSC with HVSC systems,single berth with double berths,and put forward a solution that meets the current standards.Terminals should apply appropriate power distribution system based on their own specific circumstances in conjunction with economic efficiency and reliability.

Abstract:Based on the analysis of the Yangtze River mainstream waterway conditions and relevant policies,we analyze the key factors needing consideration for the layout of Shanghai to Chongqing section of the Yangtze River cruising route,i.e.the Yangtze River navigation circumstance,sailing time,lockage time,attraction of tourism resources and urban development level,etc.,and set the urban resources,port resources and tourism resources as the principal selecting criteria.According to the ship sailing time and the cruising rhythm of “daytime touring & night sailing”,we choose the suitable port location along the Yangtze River,i.e. Shanghai,Nantong,Zhenjiang,Nanjing,Anqing,Jiujiang,Wuhan,Yueyang,Jingzhou,Yichang,and Chongqing.This study lays the foundation for the cruise company to choose the suitable port location and reasonable route layout.

Abstract:Many areas at home and abroad are working to build multi-functional modern fishing ports.However,the industry format and function positioning are still not very clear in the process of construction.In order to solve this problem,based on the analysis of the traditional functions of fishing ports and the diversification of their functions,we study the functional orientation and industry formats of modern fishing ports and come into a conclusion that we should take an overall consideration of the fishing port and the surrounding areas,and build the industrial and economic complex of fishing port around the functional orientation of offshore fishery base,sheltered base,law enforcement and rights protection base,marine scientific research industry base and fishing port tourism and leisure industry,which may serve as reference for the construction of modern fishing ports and help improve the construction standards.

Abstract:Phase IV of Yangshan project is the first fully automated container terminal in the world.Based on this,aiming at the problem of BIM applied in container terminal design,we take the research on general plan,hydraulic structure,mechanical design and other related professional field.We also put the BIM technology into traditional two-dimensional design mode,and get a fully automated container terminal BIM overall design technology route by the use of Autodesk BIM series software and Explorer BIM collaborative platform,especially focusing on the application process of BIM collaborative design platform and the BIM application method.It provides a reference for fully automated container terminal to transform from traditional two-dimensional design to BIM-based full life-cycle design application.

Abstract:According to the characteristics of BIM,taking an onshore port project as the engineering background,this paper introduces the main application points and technical results of BIM technology in the whole construction process of the project in detail.This project uses wholly BIM,which provides strong technical support for the whole process of the project construction,ensures the quality of engineering construction,reduces construction risk,makes the project safe and reliable completion.The project can accumulate experience for the similar projects in the whole construction process using BIM.Finally,the research direction of BIM in operation and maintenance stage is also pointed out .

Abstract:The cofferdam project plays an important role for the protection and safe construction of the main project when the shiplock is constructed in the river.Combining with the design of a lock project,we carry out a research on a series of key technologies including the general arrangement and structural design of cofferdam in view of problems such as the complicated geological and environmental conditions,narrow construction site,etc.By the design scheme based on the research,we can not only decrease the cofferdam engineering volume and shorten the construction period,but also guarantee the safe and smooth implementation of the project.

Abstract:Shuangyu Island is an offshore artificial island for urban comprehensive development,and the land elevation on the island is an independent system.The determination of land elevation concerns planning,safety,revetment,landscape,quantity of land reclamation,cost,flood control and drainage,hydrophily etc.We discuss the main factors that influence the determination of land elevations at reclamation and operation periods,and use Shuangyu Island as an example of case to give an overall introduction on the change trend of land elevation,to analyze the determination of elevation for different parts,and to study on the balance between engineering safety and hydrophily,relationship between elevation and upper planning,optimality principle between elevation and land reclamation quantity or cost.The research results can be used to provide ideas and references for the elevation determination of other similar projects.

Abstract:On the traffic organization design of Wusongkou cruise terminal,the curbside demonstration method is used.The traffic flow under extreme conditions is analysized quantitatively,and some important traffic organization parameters such as the traffic volume of the bridge and the number of parking spaces on the wharf are obtained.The traffic organization scheme is proved to be reasonable and effective,and it is complementary to theoretical calculation.

Abstract:According to the current situation of domestic LNG receiving terminals’,ports’ and jetties’fire fighting facilities,as well as the existing problems in the implementation of current specifications,by summarizing conventional design parameters of LNG ports’and jetties’fire-fighting facilities,we carry out a comprehensive analysis and exposition on several key issues involved in the design of fire protection of LNG port and jetty,such as fire fighting water consumption,fire control facilities,the installation setpoints of dry powder gun,the installation requirements of pier fire hydrant,the water curtain setting on the process platform frontiers,the duration of the fire turret protection water curtain effect and other aspects.After that we put forward the methods and suggestions to solve the above problems,which can provide reference for the future design of fire protection LNG terminals and the revision of relevant code.

Abstract:For intake and outfall pipe lines project such as that of once-through sea water circulation of large-scale power plant,it is relatively difficult to design and implement the works under water,however there is no specific technical code for this aspect by now.Aiming at questions such as different characters of above or under water works,parameter sensitivity,and reaction modulus of the natural compacted backfill material,comparative studies are carried out and verifications are made by actual pipe tests on site and material tests in laboratory.Key design points and parameters are recommended.

Abstract:In terms of the problems encountered in utilization and development of the island shoreline of Ningbo Zhoushan Port,this paper summarizes the experience in site election and wharf construction at Ningbo Zhoushan Port,analyzes various kinds of island shorelines encountered in the process of site selection and construction of wharf at ports in Zhoushan area,and proposes improvement measures adopted in wharf site selection,such as connection based on original island terrain,reef explosion to remove barrier,flow regulation through diversion dike,avoidance of reflux section,etc.,and comes up with methods for effective improvement and utilization of shoreline in wharf siting in Zhoushan area of Ningbo.The main conclusion is that for utilization and improvement of the island shoreline of Ningbo Zhoushan Port,the main axis of the to-and-fro tidal current in this shoreline section must be basically straight,and the diversion and return flow shore sections shall be avoided.

Abstract:With the adjustment of China’s energy structure,LNG as a clean energy will experience a rapid increase of its proportion in the energy structure.Due to LNG’s extremely high requirement for safety,the site selection requirements differing from that of the general cargo terminals are put forward for the construction of LNG receiving terminals.We systematically analyze the site selection of LNG terminals considering the current status of LNG terminal layout in China and relevant engineering site selection experience,and present 18 screening factors to form an evaluation system,so as to facilitate the fast,accurate and reasonable determination of engineering location in future construction of LNG receiving terminals.

Abstract:This project is located in open sea area,and the tidal current is strong and varies in horizontal and vertical directions significantly,which is dangerous for wharf construction and operation.It is the key technology of water area layout for how to lead the flow in order to satisfy the safety criteria for navigating,berthing and departing.By further study on natural conditions,and combined with the current model,we propose an original program of layout,which unites the diversion facilities and hydraulic structure.The results show that the layout functions are well,which can fundamentally solve the department of dock berthing of phase Ⅲ project,and provide some reference for shoreline development and construction under similar sea conditions.

Abstract:Aiming at the general layout of the port with complicated hydrodynamic conditions,based on the mining port project of Pointe Noire,we put forward two designs of port general layout according to the in-depth analysis of the main influence factors(such as the wave,current,sediment and etc.).Through comparison of two designs and the model test,we determine the design of double basin with unilateral breakwater backfilled by dredged soil in this paper.In the selected design,impact on the surrounding hydrodynamic environment is little,construction commencement is readily facilitated and a high return on investment is assured.The results show that for the construction of ports in Congo and adjacent water area with complex hydrodynamic environment,the key considerations of the general layout are the shield effect of the wave,coastal sediment transport,joint effect on the vessel by the wave and current,and etc.

Abstract:The CMSA container terminal of Manzanillo port is large scaled,multi-functional and high standardized.The project is located in the meizoseismal area on the western coast of Mexico,and the rear is adjacent to mangrove reserve and the touristic beach.In view of the above characteristics,the key technologies such as general layout,earthquake resistance and environmental protection are studied.According to the international design standard and the idea of development in phases,the design of wharf structure adopts the concept of weak column and strong beam,and takes mesures to protect environment like burying the ecological box culvert with large cross-section.

Abstract:To adapt to the economic and social development,improve the utilization rate of coastal resources,promote the enterprise competitiveness,lower the cost of logistics transportation,and accommodate larger-sized vessel,it is imperative to strengthen and reconstruct the existing wharf facilities for safe operation of the wharves built in the 1990s.In this paper,through analysis on the local strengthening and reconstruction method of piled wharves,we find that local strengthening and reconstruction technology is appropriate for many wharves built in the 1990s.The conclusion is also illustrated by examples,and can provide experience and reference for the design and construction of strengthening and reconstruction on wharf structures of this type.

Abstract:Earth pressure is closely related with the displacement.In terms of the calculation of earth pressure behind concrete block quay with relieving slab,the code adopted active earth pressure theory is not completely accurate.According to the structural characteristics of quay,we analyze the displacement characteristics of quay wall with good foundation conditions and thin rubble bed and amends the earth pressure calculating method in the code.Based on certain project,we use the numerical analysis method to simulate the displacement and earth pressure of quay wall,compare the results to that of code method.The results show that the correction coefficient can be 1.84 at the bottom of quay wall and 1.34 at the relieving slab,thus it can provide reference for earth pressure calculation of similar project.

Abstract:Usually soft mattress and sand bags are respectively used in normal bottom protection engineering especially in shallow-water area.Because of the complexity of water condition in deep-water area,the quality of construction could not be controlled easily.We put forward an improvement technology by using soft mattress combined sand bags,and introduces the principle,construction process and quality control method according to the specific examples of projects.This technology has the advantages of high efficient,low investment and high quality in deep-water area which certificated by the measured data.

Abstract:The design of armour blocks is the crucial part for the rubber mound breakwater engineering.Based on one breakwater project in Fujian province,we make the comparison and study of breakwater with man-made armour and wide-berm rubble mound breakwater,and verify both type sections by physical experimental model.We obtain the similarity and difference of the protection effect,armour stability,usage of the stones and construction cost of the two types of rubble mound breakwaters,which can be a reference for the armour blocks design for similar rubble mound breakwater.

Abstract:The topography of Tongzhou Bay area is complicated,which is comprised of shoal-channel spaced in between.The current flows through the shoal at high tide and back to channel at low tide.Meanwhile,the seabed in Tongzhou Bay is powder sand,which is easy to both deposite and resuspend.Tidal current is the main dynamic in this sea area,which maintains the beach pattern of the sea area.According to the complex tidal current conditions in the beach,and taking First Phase of Harbor Basin No.2 reclamation of Tongzhouwan Harbor as an example,the tidal current conditions under different characteristics of different east embankments are simulated by using the mike21-Hd two-dimensional flow numerical model.This paper recommends the temporary construction length of the east embankment before flood to control the tidal current velocity at the dike toe.

Abstract:The effect of the navigable ship on the bank is not involved in the design of port.With the development of the shipping business and the trend of lager-sized ship,there are more and more effects of the ship on the port.We summarize the navigation conditions of large ships near the port or channel,and use the British standard CIRIA C683 in the calculations of ship wave,analyze the effect of the sailing vessel on the port,and point out the situation of ship traveling wave in the port design.

Abstract:Aiming at the mooring stability condition of the open-type large offshore bulk cargo terminal,the paper adopts the international motion criteria to analyze the mooring stability condition of an open-type large offshore bulk cargo terminal in West Africa.The results show that the non-operational period of the jetty to be built is 2.3%~13.5%,the tranquility condition is favorable and the general layout of the jetty is reasonable.The method may serve as reference for the mooring stability condition analysis of similar projects.

Abstract:Significant effect of refraction and similar total internal reflection occurs on harbor dredging border when the angle of incidence of wave is large,which may affect navigation channel,breakwater and different position in harbor area.We use the Boussinesq equation to establish a typical numerical model of the process,and nondimensionalize the relevant controlling parameters.The simulation obtains the wave distribution under different conditions,and derives the regular pattern of the effects of different parameters.The results show that among various influencing parameters,the ratio of incident wave height and water depth,the bottom slope and the angle of incidence have the relatively significant impact on the maximum wave height and distribution of wave energy accumulation.

Abstract:Due to the lack of the long series of tidal level data,it is difficult to determine the design water level.According to the tide data of 16 tide stations in the sea area of Zhejiang throughout the year,we calculate characteristic tidal level and design water level of each station,analyze relationship between them,and obtain the law of between characteristic tidal level and design water level by correlation analysis method.The results can provide a reference for design water level estimation in future port planning and designing.

Abstract:The applicability of calculation method is researched to solve the problem of stability of blasting compaction embankment in soft foundation.Based on calculation formulas of Fellenius circular sliding method and simplified Bishop method and basic principle for searching the most dangerous sliding surface,the two calculation methods are applied to calculate stability of blasting compaction embankment.The most dangerous sliding surface form and pressure condition of soil strip are comparatively analyzed by the two calculation methods.The results show that when blasting compaction embankment is built in soft foundation,stability coefficient obtained by Fellenius circular sliding method is smaller and of larger error.But stability coefficient obtained by simplified Bishop method is closer to the actual condition.Therefore,simplified Bishop method is a better method to calculate stability of blasting compaction embankment in soft foundation.It provides an important reference for blasting compaction embankment design in soft foundation.

Abstract:Both special-shaped components and semi-circular structures have been widely used in the phased implementation of the Yangtze River deep waterway regulation project.In view of the similarities and differences between them,theoretical and practical research is applied.The characteristics and application scope of the two methods are obtained from the comparative research methods of structure shape,structural principle,construction technology,application effect and economy.The conclusion is that both of them are suitable for deep water channel regulation project under normal working conditions.Under the same conditions,the special-shaped components have good economy and durability, while the semi-circle can cope with the big wind and waves,and the application has advantages in the structure of the large section.

Abstract:To meet the needs of foundation bed leveling for the 2nd phase of Yizheng waterway regulation project of the deep-water channel 12.5 m below the Yangtze River of Nanjing,a novel automatic bed leveling system based on ship borne underwater excavator was developed by combining with working conditions on site.This leveling system applied a large-scale barge equipped with automatic leveling excavator and an auxiliary riprap slip cylinder.It was characterized by short construction period,low investment,low cost,the ability of deep-water leveling,safe and reliable technologies,and efficient construction.Additionally,the quality of foundation bed leveling could reach the requirements (±5 cm).

Abstract:To protect the environment,the environmental protection departments have required vapor recovery facilities to be installed when the crude oil terminals are loaded in recent years.Because vapor recovery in domestic crude oil terminal starts late,this paper systematically studies the vapor recovery of crude oil terminal shipment.Through the investigation and analysis of the domestic built vapor recovery projects of crude oil terminal shipment,we conclude that the vapor of crude oil shipment has the characteristics of large flow,more light hydrocarbon,high vapor concentration,complex composition and high sulfur content.The differences among foreign,domestic and local implementation standards,the thermal damage method is required which is different from the traditional process to meet the higher emission standards of the milligram level.

Abstract:This paper analyzes the adaptability to rail travelling tolerance for two types of double-rigid-leg and one-rigid with one-flexible-leg of ARMG according to the technical parameters and calculation conditions. Combining with the run case of two types of ARMG portal leg,the sensibility is considered when the yard foundation settlement happens to lead the rail transformation.The paper is to provide reference for the ARMG procurement for the construction unit.

Abstract:The prices of safety PLC and its ancillary equipment are much higher than that of ordinary PLC system.In order to solve this problem,a secondary development to the original control system is carried out.By using the technology of safety bridge,seamlessly integrated safety IO modules with legacy PLC system equipment,finally,the traditional PLC system has the safety control function of safety PLC.Based on a port automation project in Huanghua,this paper describes the practical application of safety bridge technology in this project.

Abstract:The difference analysis of geotechnical investigation code in China,America and Europe is carried out.By using the classification comparison method,the similarities and differences between Chinese standard and American and European standards in indoor soil classification and in-situ test method are analyzed.There are differences among China,the United States and Europe in the independence and integration of geotechnical specifications,but they have more in common.From the development of engineering practice,they will eventually become unified.

Abstract:Aiming at the similarities and differences among Chinese code,API code,Eurocode and Japanese code of pile foundation design,we analyze and compare the design basis theory,ultimate bearing capacity of compressive pile,ultimate bearing capacity of tensile pile and transvers bearing capacity of pile.Based on the actual projects,we calculate the ultimate bearing capacity of compressive pile,ultimate bearing capacity of tensile pile and conversion allowable bearing capacity.The results show that the safety margin of Chinese code is moderate.Thus it could be spread to overseas projects.We also put forward the attention points in actual use.

Abstract:Compared with the 1998 version,the 2012 version of Code for Pile Foundation of Harbor Engineering changes the soil depth parameters which are in the driven pile foundation parameters (qf ,qR) table,and to 50 m or 55 m above,but the parameters of many sections are not improved after deepening.From the perspective of geotechnical engineers,various types of soils in under-consolidated state,normal consolidation state and over-consolidated state are analyzed and discussed respectively.This paper discusses the necessity of the existence of under-consolidated soil (especially sludge) in this code.Based on the analysis of the difference of geotechnical engineering characteristics of various soils and combining with the comparison of a variety of normative data,the paper puts forward the following suggestions.First of all,the normal consolidation soil can increase the qf & qR values.Secondly,in the over-consolidated hard soil,(fine) sand and other fine debris soils have a greater increase in qf & qR value of the possibility.At the same time,suggestions are put forward for compiling the recommended values of qf and qR in the code.

Abstract:The fracture structure in the construction of the security and stability of site building has attracted attention.The cause of the fracture structure is complicated,different in size,different in depth,and the composition and character of the contents are very different.The fracture structure detection is lack of pertinence and intuition.Based on the analysis of regional geological conditions,we study the technical route and the method of detection,and use a variety of measures to detect the surface and the hidden of fracture structure.The detection results are intuitionistic and reliable,and can provide the detailed information of the macro safety evaluation of the engineering construction and the impact of the fracture structure on the engineering.Combined with the project of LNG wharf and rear yard engineering of the Yangshan Deepwater Port,the results are verified that the route and method of the detection technique can detect the fracture structure in the engineering site directly and pertinently.

Abstract:At present,the calculation results of large diameter rock-socketed pile rock-socketed depth are deviated greatly.Based on the test results of large diameter rock-socketed pile in Shulanghu mine transfer wharf,the results are compared with the various formulas.It is concluded that the embedded depth of rock-socketed depth is relatively large,and the rock-socketed depth calculated by ZHANG You-ling method is in accord with the actual situation.It is recommended to calculate large diameter rock-socketed pile rock-socketed depth by Zhang You-ling method and give the calculation formula.

Abstract:Taking the foundation pit supporting engineering of Shekou cruise center as an example,we study the selection of foundation pit supporting structure in the foundation of riprap backfill.Through obtaining the construction parameters and calculating the permeability coefficient through field test,we select the structural scheme of plastic concrete occluding pile.In this paper,we introduce the mechanical characteristics and calculation method of the plastic concrete bitten pile,and find out the practical design method with the measured data.The plastic concrete piles are proved safe and feasible in the riprap coastal foundation pit.

Abstract:As a new type of sheet pile structure,steel tubular-sheet pile structure has never been applied in large- scale deep water docks in domestic engineering instance.This new structural calculation method is not yet mature and cannot be used in overall analysis on the structural displacement when design calculate in a simplified way.So it is necessary to conduct analysis and calculation by various numerical simulation softwares,and connect to all procedure of the construction to analyze the force.The results can provide technical support for design.Based on the analysis of certain 200 thousand DWT container deep water dock project and calculation by finite element softwares such as Autodesk Robot,PLAXIS and ABAQUS,we obtain the same following conclusions:the displacement is controllable with reasonable construction procedure;most of the displacements occur in construction period and located at the top of the pile,and the maximum horizontal displacement is about 10 cm.The method and conclusions can provide reference to similar engineering design.

Abstract:Based on Yangshan Phase IV project,we analyze and compare the test results of the backfill layer (sand soil),and study the physical and mechanical properties of backfill layers under preloading.According to the tests of the density,strength and deformation characteristics of the backfill layer of different preloads and periods,we reveal the variation rules of them with the load and time of the backfill layers to serve as technical reference for estimating the scope,depth and determining the foundation reinforcement technique of the backfill layer.The analysis results indicate that with the increase of the load and loading time,the engineering geological properties of the backfill layer are improved obviously,and the improvement effect is more obvious than that by the self-weight.

Abstract:For the problem of calculating the bearing capacity of foundation soil by the flat dilatometer test (DMT),a variety of common method and briefly introducing DMT are analyzed.Combined with engineering investigation on the Zhuhai-Macau artificial island of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge,with correlation analysis and statistics and regression of DMT data with parameters of static cone penetration test,the empirical formula for calculating the bearing capacity of the foundation using DMT is derived.The results compared with other methods to calculate the foundation bearing capacity,show that the flat dilatometer test (DMT) foundation bearing capacity is feasible,and the results should be examined and corrected with regional experience.

Abstract:The length and spacing of pile foundation directly affect the safety and construction cost of the track beam on the soft soil foundation.How to obtain the length of the pile foundation that satisfies the control of the settlement of the track beam and the economical and reasonable pile foundation has become the main technical problem of this kind of project.In this paper,pile bottom is not entered the hard bearing layer,so the track beam stiffness and stiffness of pile foundation interaction is considered.We adopt Mindlin settlement calculation method to analyze the influence of uneven settlement of soft soil pile type track beams,and propose a feasible design method for settlement control of track beams on uneven soft soil foundations.

Abstract:For some monitoring projects needed to be all-round monitoring and modeling,we innovatively apply the high precision Leica MS60 3D laser scanning technology in a monitoring project for roads and buildings in the rear of a port reclamation area.A shift from point monitoring to surface monitoring is realized by the methods of error analysis,performance test,field sweep,internal industry treatment and result contrast analysis.The new technology avoids the limitations and one-sidedness in the traditional point monitoring,and greatly improves the efficiency of the works.Through comparative analysis,we find that 3D laser scanning technology has the advantages of unique function,accuracy and efficiency,and will be widely applied in monitoring engineering.

Abstract:Floor-area ratio(FAR) is an important means to guide city construction,to control the direction of urban development and to shape the urban spatial structure.The logistics warehouse is quite special,while our country has not yet formed a unified and perfect control standard. In the preparation of control detailed planning,the FAR of logistics warehouse is often not scientific.By reviewing standards and rules issued by national and local,the main factors that affect the floor-area ratio of logistics warehouse are analyzed,and a method to determine the reasonable range of floor-arearatio for logistics warehouses is put forward.Based on theoretical calculation,suggestions for different types of logistics projects are given.

Abstract:According to the requirements for cross-border e-commerce supervision and the problems in planning of regulatory facilities,we summarize the requirements of the supervision facilities in customs supervision areas related to cross-border e-commerce,a rising industry,by systematically studying the legislation of the General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China.The results show that the basic construction content of regulatory facilities should be door area,clearance area,isolated seine or wall and monitored control system,and also flat functional layout.This paper provides the reference in planning and construction of regulatory facilities in cross-border e-commerce supervision.
