Abstract:Based on the history of project management and the development process of domestic supervision industry,this paper puts forward the development and evolution of project management and the three stages of domestic engineering supervision industry development,and points out that the conformance of the capacity building to the development logic is the vitality of engineering supervision industry.Therefore,this paper puts forward the two grips and “five optimizations” of innovation and transformation and upgrading of engineering supervision industry,and points out that the starting point is to promote the realization of the “five optimizations” by integrating social resources to embody value from point to area.At the same time,to promote the realization of the “five optimizations” and the revolutionary and systematic innovation and promotion of the project management,corresponding policies and regulations shall be set up by urging relevant governmental departments and industry associations.

Abstract:Based on the analysis of the resource potential of the coastal tidal flats and the present situation of the reclamation of the coastal areas in Nantong,the paper summarizes a series of results brought by the tidal flat reclamation in the area.The research results show that the strengthening of beach reclamation in Nantong coastal areas is conducive to expanding the space for fishery development and raising the level of fishery development,speeding up the rational distribution of land and sea industries,promoting the industrial transformation and upgrading the port infrastructure,and promoting port industry development and strengthening coastal tourism.

Abstract:Tongzhou Bay Port waist sand two inning project is located in Jiangsu city of Nantong Province coastal sand waist,which encounters some new security risks in the construction process.Aiming at the characteristics of intertidal zone,this paper analyses the existence of security risks in order to propose a number of management measures with field actual situation,such as the signing of meteorological information service,working vessels selection,temporary waterway,gravel transport ship source control,inviting the local boatman pilotage and ship positioning installation tracking system and the establishment of ship system of self-help and mutual assistance.It is safety and controllable,which achieves the goal of zero accidents.

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of the costs control of large-diameter bored cast-in-situ deep and long piles used in separate unloading-caps type of sheet pile wharf structure,this paper analyzes the optimizing of the pile length of large-diameter bored cast-in-situ deep and long piles in Tangshan Harbor Caofeidian Port Zone Comprehensive Bonded Area Generic Berth construction,with the experience of similar engineering practice in the vicinity of the construction site,the characteristics of wharf structure and construction technology of the bored pile,etc.The results show that the data of ultimate axial bearing capacity of a single pile from static loading test and factors in bored pile operations are applied to the optimizing of the pile length,which can reduce the project cost.

Abstract:Reclamation engineering has a certain impact on the surrounding sea beach trough shape and the ecological environment while promoting regional economic development.Taking the start scheme of Tongzhou Bay harbor as an example,the tidal current model is established to simulate the tidal current pattern of the radiated sand ridge group in the South Yellow Sea.On this basis,two different reclamation schemes are compared to the sedimentary erosion and deposition of floodplains in the project area.On the whole,the two schemes have obvious effect on the sedimentary erosion and deposition of the sea area around the project,but they tend to balance as time goes on.Based on the current simulation results,the second pool of the early implementation which is off the shore is more conducive to maintaining the flow of Xiaomiaohong channel and tidal resources protection.

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of complicated conditions and ultra deep water filling bag cofferdam construction,this paper introduces bag body positioning,cofferdam filling and subsidence control technology.Using design of steel pipe pile positioning,positioning water filling bag,underwater filling process,it is completed the cofferdam construction with an average depth of 20 m and 150 m in length in Caofeidian coal terminal project,which can provide the reference for the similar engineering construction.

Abstract:For the purpose of foundation and structure stability during the construction of tide embankment,three monitoring projects including embankment settlement monitoring,berm platform settlement monitoring and pore water pressure monitoring are installed.The result shows that foundation appears oversize instantaneous settlement on account of high construction speed,short loading interval at initial stage.Following with the shaping of embankment,stable monitoring data range,slow change rate and high dissipation speed of pore water pressure arise.Based on actual embankment settlement data,consolidation degree of soil mass is high and foundation stability becomes strong by calculating of hyperbolic curve.

Abstract:Muddy soil in new seawall engineering area has properties of high water content and low bearing capacity.For the purposes of foundation and structure stability during the construction of seawall,the surface settlement,deep horizontal displacement,layered settlement and pore water pressure observation projects are stetted to reasonable control the construction schedule,and to prevent shear failure of the foundation.The results show that there is a large settlement in the early stage of project,but monitoring parameters are within a reasonably safe range;the settlement rate is slow during the later period of the construction,the compression deformation of embankment tends to be stable,seawall is stable and secure during construction.

Abstract:How to use the intuitive graphics to reflect the original landform and topography and alteration to control construction progress and quality in construction of waterway dredging is important and difficult in the construction process.Based on a 2D graphics by CASS digital,combined a 3D graphics by Surfer software,the underwater topography is analyzed.The method can fully develop the superiority of 3D model in post bathymetric surveying and mapping,and the satisfactory result is achieved.
