Abstract:According to the new connotation of ecology and environmental protection industry,this paper applies quantitative input-output method to form an approach from medium industry to macro-economic effects.Besides,based on the input-output tables in recent years,this paper provides the comprehensive research of the industry situation,and the effects on macro-economy of the industry in terms of economic aggregate,employment and price.It also deduces the demand factors of stimulating the development of the industry,and puts forward some suggestions for dredging enterprises expanding the ecology and environmental protection industry.

Abstract:The multi-purpose auxiliary vessel is one of dredging construction critical facilities,which is mainly used to assist the large-scale dredger in the construction of the open sea reef.This paper demonstrates the development design of one type multi-purpose auxiliary vessel in the construction of the open sea reef,analyses its functional characteristics,general arrangement and the key points of the design,proposes the difficulties of design for this auxiliary vessel,and provides reference for design of the same kind of ship.

Abstract:Cutter suction dredger often faces with harsh environmental conditions in offshore construction.It is essential that anti-wind capability of the ship will be improved by using the actual situation.Taking the“Tiankai”as a research object,based on the analysis of environmental forces including wind,sea current and wave,the paper analyzes the forces of the ship under various environmental conditions.The numerical simulation of the ship anchor seat model is carried out.The improvement scheme of the anchor seat is proposed.The anti-wind capability of the ship is improved.The anti-wind scheme of the ship’s offshore sea is proposed,and the adaptability and safety of the ship’s offshore construction are improved.

Abstract:A research,which aims at the TSHD issues of complicated working conditions,big hopper,great dredging depth,accurate and highly efficient controllability and fine sailing performance,is conducted in the aspect of hull shape,serialized drag-head,high-efficiency dredging pump,pump for drag-head boom,as well as the control system.Several methods are adopted such as theoretical research,large-scale model experiments,test on dredgers,etc.,which solve the bottleneck problems that limit the technical domestication of the jumbo TSHD.Based on the above-mentioned achievement,2 jumbo TSHDs are designed and built,and applied to several key projects of port and waterway,which achieved remarkable social and economic benefit.

Abstract:The suction performance of the cutter greatly affects the construction efficiency of the dredging project.It is great significance to study the internal flow characteristics in the cutter to improve its suction performance.We use the computational fluid dynamics (CFD) method of the Reynolds-averaged Navier-stokes(RANS)turbulence model to simulate the internal flow of the two kinds of cutter with or without groove design on the cutter blades,and carry out the comparison and analysis of the internal flow characteristics of the two kinds of cutter to verify the reasonable and excellence of the groove design,which can provide technical support to optimization design of 5 000 kW rock cutter.

Abstract:Increasing the maximum ball passage of dredging pump can improve the continuity of the dredging project,reduce the risk of blocking the pump and improve the dredging construction efficiency.The maximum ball passage and efficiency of dredging pump are the contradiction in the design of dredging pump.Aiming at the above question,two kinds of schemes to increase the maximum ball passage of dredging pump are proposed,and the internal flow field of dredging pump of 3 schemes is calculated using numerical simulation method.By means of statistical analysis of the numerical simulation results,the performances of the three schemes are compared.The design scheme of the maximum spherical passage of dredging pump impeller is determined,which provides the basis for the subsequent improvement of dredging pump.

Abstract:According to the characteristics of cutter rock,the mechanical model considering the step distance and cutting thickness and the 5 000 kW cutter physical model and finite element model are established.The force when the cutter back cutting the rock and the stress and deformation of the maximum power are analyzed.The calculation result shows that the maximum deformation of the 5 000 kW cutter is 1.84 mm and the maximum stress is 140.5 MPa under design conditions.The deformation and stress meet the stiffness and the strength requirement to verify the design rationality.

Abstract:This paper illuminates the importance of the research on the construction technology of the trailing suction hopper dredger(TSHD)dredging and points out that that advanced construction technology of TSHD is the key means of giving full play to the capacity of TSHD,improving the dredging efficiency and saving resources.This paper also analyzes the characteristics and current situation of study on TSHD dredging process at home and abroad,discusses the existing achievements and problems,and proposes six important studying directions.With the breakthrough research,the engineering application field of TSHD can be widened and the international competitiveness of China’s dredging enterprises can be improved.

Abstract:With the development of dredging,suction dredging soil is more and more complex.Existing equipment and traditional excavation technology of trailing suction dredger cannot safely dredge soil containing H2S toxic gas.To solve this problem,the existing ship is protected and reconstructed,and the targeted construction technology is formulated.The protective measures has been adopted including mud tank protection,work and living accommodation protection and staff personal protection.The advanced construction technology is adopted for example selecting the wind direction when construction,thin layer excavation,alternating construction,full tank replacement.The construction task of dredging soil containing H2S toxic gas is successfully completed in Namibia Walvis Bay project.

Abstract:In the clearing reef project,because of blasting technology limitation,the reefs whose compressive strength is more than 70 MPa cannot be cleared.Aiming at the problem,the study involved experiments conducted on the dredging equipments and parameter to improve process.Adopting drilling,installing steel ingot,and rock drilling construction methods,the super-hard reefs was effectively cleared.

Abstract:Based on the physical and mechanical test data of dredged coral reef,applying the theory of coral reef deposition and structural characteristics,the dredged coral reef rock are divided into three categories:tubular coral reef,honeycomb coral reef and dense coral roof.From the perspective of coral reef characteristics,this paper analyzes the influence of reel type,particle composition and failure strain rate on the shear strength.These results show that:1)cohesion (c) and internal friction angel(φ)have the same rule:tubular coral reef without filling<honeycomb coral reef with filling coral sand<dense coral roof with filling calcium cemented calcite.2)The correlation between the internal friction angel(φ)and the content of particle size greater than 5 mm is the best,whose regression coefficient is 0.862. 3)c and φ increase rapidly with the increase of axial strain.When shear strength reaches the peak value,the required strain rate is 0.018%~0.082%.The damage types of coral reef are always in three forms of shear,split and crack rupture.

Abstract:Based on the matrix laboratory platform,we take dredger delivery system’s computational simulation program into encapsulation process and establish dredger transportation analysis system (DTAS).Assembling some methods of dredge pump and pipeline’s characteristic firstly,including the pump and pipeline data file storage and query,dredge pump and pipeline data files’storage and query,calculation of dredge pump pipeline’s characteristic curve and the choice of a variety of calculation models,back-analysis of the construction date,and the characteristic calculation of relay pump,DTAS can calculate and analyze the dredger delivery system more systematically and comprehensively.The interface of DTAS system is simple,and provides a convenient calculation tool for the construction and technical personnel.

Abstract:We introduce the main influence factors of reclamation with dredging theory,and program the corresponding formula into software(such as EXCEL software,VB program,etc.).We can use the software to calculate and analyze,optimize the slurry transport process.In the engineering cases,the software can rapidly and accurately calculate the dredging parameters in different working conditions,scientifically and reasonably optimize the dredging process to increase the production efficiency.It can also estimate the production efficiency in different soil conditions.

Abstract:The dredge and survey platform including a series of sampling,sampling preparation and vacuum preloading model test devices is designed and developed which can execute exploration,sampling and monitoring in reclamation soft soil.Taking a series of means including drilling and sampling,settlement monitoring,indoor soil test,model test and so on,combining physical index method,layerwise summation method,one-dimensional finite strain method of reclamation soil,and some settlement computation methods of in-situ soil and software calculation system,a software and hardware prediction system of reclamation elevation in reclamation area is formed.The system is used in a reclamation area behind 6#~8# berth in Binzhou port.The result shows that the reclamation elevation shall not be less than 8.55 m if the foundation will be treated by vacuum preloading method and the elevation should reach 3.5 m after treated .

Abstract:The method of tidal level calculation,with 11 major tidal constituents obtained from the mid tide data harmonic,is promoted in the field of marine surveying and mapping,surveying for dredging and other areas.However,historical tide data of different periods are collected to analysis without tidal synobservation measurement of all stations,and the tide harmonic constant can not meet the precision requirement of water depth correction.By enhancing the correlation of the harmonic constants of the tidal data at different periods to improve the accuracy of tidal level calculation,we propose two harmonic constants optimization methods,and demonstrate the feasibility of residual sea level calculation from the date in different tidal level period in the cases.

Abstract:The water pollution is becoming increasingly serious,and water ecology is being deteriorated,thus drinking water source protection situation is becoming more and more serious in Zhousan.In order to solve the above problems,taking the water source protection and management technology research of the Chengbei reservoir as an example,the water quality and pollution sources of the Chengbei reservoir water source are comprehensively analyzed,and the corresponding measures for water source protection are put forward,including the reservoir sediment dredging,ecological remediation in the reservoir region,river improvement.With these measures,it is predicted that the reservoir water quality can meet the requirement of class Ⅲ standard of water environmental function zoning and the reliability of water supply can be improved greatly.

Abstract:In accordance with the problems of steel sheet pile construction,taking proposed reclamation for Seri Tanjung Pinang(Phase II)Development(STP2)Penang as an example,the Z type steel sheet pile driving machine type selection and pile driving technology are studied.By comparing 3 kinds of commonly used abroad steel sheet pile sinking pile resistance estimation method and guide frame and no practical application effect of guide frame & no guide frame construction,the type suitable for the vibration of the pile hammer is optimized,and the merits of the two methods of pile and applicable conditions are summarized.At the same time,the common coating damage of problems onshore steel sheet pile operation with corresponding touch-up work is summarized.
