Abstract:The overseas industrial park has been a vital mean supporting“the Belt and Road”and speeding up the internationalization of Chinese industries.In view of the lack of systematic and integrated top-level design for the operation of the overseas industrial part in China,we integrate the stages of industrial park development and operation,including project business planning,financing and investment,industrial planning,commerce mode,operation,and withdrawing/transferring,etc.,based on the concept of life cycle of industrial park development and operation.It is suggested to adopt the operation mode characterized by “enterprise-leading,government-enterprise-bank involvement,industrial chain focused,and multi-financial sources”.

Abstract:The numerical model WRF was applied to explore the impacts of different micro-physics schemes and cumulus parameterization schemes on the simulation of the track and intensity of cyclones which influenced Caribbean area.The results showed that even the best combination of parameterization scheme was different for each cyclone on the simulation of the track,the combination of WSM5-Kessler produced the best simulation of the track overall;Secondly,the combination of WSM6-Kessler was better.The simulation results of cyclone intensity are consistent.The result showed that the cumulus parameterization schemes KF was the best,and the effect of micro-physics schemes on the intensity simulation was not obvious.

Abstract:Guilin,developed as a regional transportation hub,will be strategically established as an international tourist destination,bringing steady growth in both passenger and freight transportation. Abstract:In the progress of the sea reclamation engineering,the hydraulic condition is very complicated,and has much more effects on the safety of the blocking-off engineering.Traditional method is difficult to solve this problem.Then the hydraulic calculations are conducted for the sea reclamation engineering.Based on the analysis of the hydraulic conditions,we can choose the suitable scale,the right place for the entrance,and the proper maintainment procedure of blocking-off.The results provide scientific basis on the cofferdam blocking-off.

Abstract:National Fire Protection Association(NFPA)standards are required to be adopted to more and more overseas projects in terms of the fire protection design. The comparisons between NFPA standards and Chinese national standards, Technical code for fire protection water supply and hydrant systems(GB 50974—2014), are including:1)the fire water supply system with high steady pressure in NFPA standards; 2)the types and classifications of fire hydrant indoor and outdoor; 3)the rules about flow and head of fire pump,etc. Through the experience in overseas projects, we propose suggestions for the fire protection system design in China.

Abstract:Overseas dry bulk cargo terminals set up the multi-point mooring system for a waiting ship to berth.It’s adaptable and cost advantaged which is not widely used domestically.The paper mainly introduces the design experience of the multi-point mooring system in Salt Export Terminal Project and Guinea Bauxite Export Project,such as the forces on mooring system,load combination,the calculation of the anchor,chain,buoy and quick release mooring hook.The results are verified by numerical analysis using optimoor software.

Abstract:Combining with engineering examples,we present the concept construction of offshore deep-water terminal resources belt. Abstract:Setting the project basic reserve fund is one of the important approaches to control the project risks.Usually,a fixed rate is used to calculate the fund.Because the fund is used to deal with the risk that may result in additional capital expenditure,the fixed rate method may not reflect the reality situation accurately.In this paper,Monte Carlo simulation method is implemented in which the contingency is calculated by simulating decomposition investment to measure the distribution of unforeseen expenses.By the specific characteristics of decomposition,the quantitative risk analysis basis is formed,while the contingency become more rational,scientific and effective.

Abstract:Due to the limited anchorage waters,we study a new mooring way using portal framed spud for fixing floating pier in Zhuanghe port which a group of portal framed spuds are set both in bow and stern of steel ship.All spuds can work together under various operating conditions.The mooring system can effectively restrain horizontal displacement and reduce project cost.The steel floating boxes are placed at both ends of steel ship,thus the ship that can be convenient installing and maintaining.

Abstract::This article analyzes constraint condition of Dandong port including large tidal range,high wharf surface,a vast variety of ship types,great difference of length and springboard angle.The springboard of automobile ro-ro ship can’t overlap the joint with the wharf surface,and can’t implement handling operation.So we must research design ideas and solutions for shore facilities of automobile ro-ro ship in area with large tidal range.The freeboard height of pontoon adapts to the ship draught variation,and the pitching of steel bridge adapts to the tidal variation,to adapt to the springboard height variation caused by the ship draught and tidal variation and thus realize smooth handling operation.

Abstract:Xiajiang hydro-junction is located at the upstream of Baqiu town in Xiajiang county,Ganjiang river’s midstream. It’s difficult to put the approaching channel of shiplock at such a slightly curved reach when the shiplock is on the left side.There are many factors influencing the flow conditions of the approach channel and entrance area,such as the baffle wall,topographical condition of site,etc.The lock chamber was originally designed as a separated structure which is commonly used,but it must be changed when there is a large-scale faults.Some methods are adopted to make the navigation flow conditions better,and the integral structure is used in the lock chamber by finite element analysis.

Abstract:Desilting and subsequent backfilling with rock were used in the reclamation works of Dalian airport industrial park project which the thickness of backfill is about 22 m to 24 m.In this project,a foundation treatment test was adopted with two alternatives tamping energy of 10 000 kN·m and 18 000 kN·m.The test includes deep lateral displacement,groundwater level,porewater pressure,ground surface settlement,inclination,settlement in layers,multiple-transient surface wave,response modulus,load-plate test,solid volume ratio and dynamic penetration test.The differences between tests results and theoretical results are analyzed in order to provide a basis for similar projects.

Abstract:When using traditional m method to calculate the internal force of single anchor T type underground continuous wall,the soil reaction force in front of wall tends to exceed the passive earth pressure.Therefore,several times of iterative computation are required to constantly adjust the value m of soil until it meets the requirements,and the process of calculation is cumbersome.Combined with practical work,based on the traditional m method,this paper considers the effect of soil deformation on the value m,and the segmentation m method is proposed to calculate the T type underground continuous wall.It has effectively solved the problem of traditional m method in calculation,and has been successfully applied in engineering design of general cargo terminal in Caofeidian port area of Tangshan port.
