Abstract:Yangtze digital waterway construction is a comprehensive information engineering,and is completed through a number of fusion technology designs.This paper describes the main frame and the goal of the Yangtze digital waterway construction,and gives the in-depth analysis and research from the communication situation,monitoring technology,intelligent traffic command and implemented in the technological development phases.This paper argues that the construction of the Yangtze digital waterway should at first solve the digital information silos,improve GIS platform construction quality,technologically dynamic tracking,continuous change management ideas,and puts forward countermeasures for the digital channel construction design,construction and overall progress.

Abstract:Using the method of system theory and standing in a global height,we conduct the overall planning for the Yangtze River waterway management and service data resource and determine the stability of data structure,standardization of data elements,reasonable layout and reliable data source to improve the data accuracy,consistency and stability of the waterway data and promote the sharing of waterway data resource in the Yangtze River waterway system,and build a foundation for the sustainable development of the Yangtze River waterway informatization.

Abstract:Considering the development of CORS and higher requirement of positioning accuracy in inland river navigation,it is urgent to establish a CORS system for each inland river in China.However,traditional precision test couldn’t reflect real precision of inland river navigation CORS system comprehensively.A new method of dynamic test for inland river navigation CORS system is proposed considering actual demand of the users and characteristics of inland river navigation CORS system.Based on the CJCORS system,the feasibility of this test method is verified and the test results are analyzed.The method could provide new ideas for the test of inland river navigation CORS system.

Abstract:In view of the problem of data synch between signal stations and server on intelligent command system of controlled waterway,this paper proposes using the transactional replication technology of SQL Server to realize data synch.Furthermore,the process of synchronous monitoring program based on SqlDependecy class is created for the server knowing when ships’ AIS messages were synchronized.

Abstract:For the requirements of quickly updating of terrain data using in the Changjiang Electronic Navigation Chart,this article analyzes the present work flow of the waterway terrain surveying and mapping and points out some main time-consuming factors.Based on the network transmission technology,systems integration and multi information fusion technology,we present some resolutions and key technologies of improving the efficiency.The analysis of efficiency restriction factors and resolutions for improving efficiency will greatly promote the research on quick acquiring and preprocessing technology for topographic information and the system implementation.

Abstract:Based on the water level information requirement from the Yangtze River mainstream waterway maintenance and management work and the Yangtze River shipping,we study the key techniques in the perception,acquisition,transmission and integration of the water level information at the water level monitoring stations and establish the water level information monitoring system which can reflects the water level variation of the Yangtze River mainstream waterway accurately and timely,and which provides important water level information for the Yangtze River digital waterway.

Abstract:The signal stations of the controlled waterway is an indispensable part for commanding water transportation safely and orderly in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River due to the natural drawbacks,such as narrow water and rapid flow.The traditional method which is based on the manual observation and VHF communication can’t satisfy the requirement of the high density traffic command.This paper analyzes the key technology,functional design and implementation of the system,which is based on the construction of the intelligent command system for the controlled waterway.It is expounded that the system overcomes effectively the shortcomings of the traditional passive command and lays a solid foundation for developing the channel service quality.

Abstract:This paper introduces an angle measurement error compensation method of a buoy telemetry and remote control terminal.The system is mainly composed of three axis accelerometers,a MCU processor and a power supply module.The circuit of hardware and software are designed completely through meticulous debugging test,the error angle measured by the method is within1 degree.So the method is simple and highly practical.

Abstract:单波束测深仪是现代海洋测量尤其是内河水下地形测量中的主要测量仪器。即使在声速设定正确的前提下,单波束测深仪的观测值仍然会有各类型的粗差。针对其原始水深值粗差处理问题,创新性地提出“地形链”的概念,设计了一种新的针对单波束测深仪水深观测值的粗差检测与修正算法,针对长江流域的单波束测深数据进行处理,结果表明算法对各类粗差有明显的检测和修正效果。

Abstract:水位站观测设施是上荆江河段数字航道建设的重要内容之一。根据岸坡、河床地质条件的不同,在水位站选址、水尺选型及施工、水准点及观测路施工、压力管线的敷设特别是气容的安装等方面进行研究和优化,提出了有针对性的施工方案。创新性地把直立式和倾斜式水尺相结合,解决特殊地理条件下水位观测的难题。设计制作了不同的气容安装方法,解决不同河床边坡、不同水文环境下探头固定的问题。

Abstract:通过对比分析长江中游湖广—罗湖洲河段航道整治工程实施前后河道变化特点以及工程实施不同阶段的工程区变形特征,探讨了河道变形原因及工程区变化趋势,明确了维护加固对象及工程措施。研究表明,工程初步抑制了赵家矶边滩、西河铺高滩等航道边界的不利变化趋势,维持了已建工程的稳定;工程实施以来航道条件较好,整治建筑物总体保持稳定,但人民洲2#护滩带工程头部出现了整体塌陷,宜采用抛枕和抛石的方式进行维护加固。

Abstract:界牌河段为顺直展宽分汊型河段,河道内洲滩较多,主流及滩槽形态极不稳定,是长江中游著名的碍航河段。综合治理工程实施后虽然下段分汊的格局得到维持,过渡段的摆动范围得到一定的限制,但由于实施时过渡段位置偏下,滩槽并未得到完全控制,上段的滩槽变化仍然较为剧烈,主流不稳定,为抓住控制过渡段位置的有利时机,二期工程对新淤洲前沿的过渡段低滩进行守护。主要分析二期工程实施后过渡段航槽的变化,并对过渡段航槽发展的趋势进行预测。

Abstract:张家洲水道为长江下游著名的浅滩水道之一。2002年以来,张家洲南港上浅区存在由正常浅滩向交错浅滩发展的趋势,航道条件不断恶化,需要进行航道治理。然而,本河段河床演变复杂,影响因素众多。为改善并提高航道条件,在综合考虑各因素的基础上,首次提出梳齿坝平面布置方案,很好地解决了通航、防洪、岸线利用等方面的关系,对类似河段的航道治理具有参考意义。

Abstract:藕池口水道位于长江中游下荆江首端,属顺直放宽的喇叭型河道,河床演变复杂。在总结该水道演变规律的基础上,结合一期工程建设效果,综合分析河道近期变化特点,并对该水道的演变趋势进行预测。分析表明,一期工程实施后,藕池口水道进口右边界和过渡段航槽得到了基本控制,水道近期的滩槽格局得到稳定,应抓住当前有利时机实施后续工程,巩固已建工程效果,进一步改善航道条件。

Abstract:马家嘴水道为长江中游著名的碍航河段。考虑到三峡工程运行以及防洪等外部因素的影响,沙市河段的治理采取“系统治理、分步实施”的原则进行,从2002年初开始陆续实施了3期航道工程。工程实施以来,航道条件明显改善,取得了较好的工程效果。结合已有研究成果和工程实施以来的资料,通过对工程前后的河势、航道等条件的对比分析,总结该水道航道整治效果,为类似工程提供经验参考。

Abstract:航道整治工程实施过程中,由于施工对工程河段水域面积的占用及施工作业产生的水体扰动,工程区域原有底质和岸线性质将发生改变,工程水域悬浮物浓度短时间内急剧升高,容易造成局部生态系统和河道生境地貌变化,对水生生物带来一定的不利影响。阐述了整治工程涉及水域生态方面的特点,结合水域生态环境保护的总体要求,分析航道整治工程实施对水域生态环境的影响,并提出有关对策和建议。
