Abstract:Aiming at the problem that the last kilometer of railway and port cannot be connected in the process of multimodal transport construction, this paper takes Qinzhou Port automated terminal sea-rail multimodal transport as a practical case, analyzes the current situation of sea-rail multimodal transport and difficulties such as unshared data and different transport rules in the process of promotion.Based on the characteristics of two different operating mechanisms of shipping and railway, empirical research method and case study method are adopted to propose a step-by-step promotion approach of integrating physical areas, sharing storage yard resources, breaking information barriers, realizing information system integration, and finally realizing unified scheduling and business integration. The research results can be used as reference for the construction of sea-rail multimodal transport in other ports
