Abstract:
In view of the problem of complicated display of information on the interface of the water safe navigation supervision service system，cumbersome use，and poor background information sharing，we carry out a research on the water safe navigation supervision service platform based on the electronic sea （river）map. Proposing the concept of layer overlay，hierarchical display and SOA，we design innovatively a business view model based on a graph and the overall architecture of a shared database，which successfully integrates mature electronic sea（river）technology with maritime safe navigation supervision and service business in depth，and breaks through back-end data barriers to provide effective technical means for achieving cross-regional and cross-departmental data sharing and coordination and improving the efficiency and service of maritime safe navigation supervision.
