Based on systematically combing the current relevant laws and standards，JTS/T 108-3—2019 Specifications for the design of safety facilities for dangerous goods port construction projects conducts research on principles，basis，scope，content，design depth，etc. of safety facility design for dangerous goods port construction projects，and forms the standard requirements for systematization of safety facilities design.
