    Abstract:

Since the scheduling of the Xijiang River navigation ship locks is mainly based on experience management and lack of effective quantitative analysis,a multi-stage ship locks joint scheduling chain of the Xijiang River shipping line is proposed based on the factors of lock congestion coefficient, daily ship overstock loss, and channel safe water level. Based on the natural leaf vein distribution characteristics of the Xijiang River shipping line,a dynamic binary tree model of the Xijiang River multi-stage ship locks chain is proposed. The results show that the reasonable diversion of ships can effectively alleviate the lock stagnation and reduce the accident rate. The model has been applied to the shipping management department to effectively optimize the lock chain scheduling and ensure the safety of shipping materials.
