    Abstract:

    In order to systematically analyze the overall safety risk of the the 6-meter-deep waterway regulation project of the Yangtze River main section from Wuhan to Anqing,guide the risk prevention and control of the project and the safety management and control of the project,the index system method is adopted to analyzes the main factors affecting the construction safety risk of the Wu’an section project,establishes the evaluation index system,and draws the conclusion that the overall risk of the project is a greater risk. The assessment conclusions can be used as a basis for improving the construction organization design of the regulation works of the Wu’an section,as well as the decision support for project organization and implementation,the input of safety management force,allocation of resource,selection of construction unit and engineering insurance.
