Abstract:In recent years, due to the continuous replacement of various national regulations, there are many controversial points in the electrical design of the petrochemical wharves. In view of these problems,in the new fire prevention regulations for petrochemical wharves to be implemented, relevant clauses in the old regulations are revised to be more professional. This paper studies the new regulations and combines the clauses of the regulations are closely with the engineering practices. Through the analysis and discussion over the division of the explosion-proof areas, the anti-static and stray current grounding and shore power design, etc.,this paper summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of different ways of explosion-proof area division, proposes the anti-static and stray current grounding method meeting the new fire protection regulations, and puts forward some views and suggestions on the application of the shore-to-ship power supply design of the petrochemical wharves.
