In view of the problem that there is no reference basis for the selection of safe distance in the site selection planning and no reference method for the calculation of limited time and limited storage in the design of fireworks container yard，we propose an operable technical route，apply a method to modify the theoretical model with experimental data due to the problem that the accident consequence and risk assessment model need to be used repeatedly in the technical route，improve modeling efficiency and calculation reliability，and verify the model by examples.The results show that the technical route and research method are reasonable and feasible，which can quickly obtain the planning，site selection and design stacking scheme of fireworks container yard.
