    Abstract:

    Based on the current situation of port construction along the sea leading to the coastal and land ecosystem degeneration of environment,we take the container port as an example to research the low impact development of docklands,incorporate the sponge city low impact development concept into the construction,and propose the runoff of low impact development control requirements of each functional area in the port area by introducing a reasonable analysis model of hydrological runoff.At the same time,we apply the innovative design of plane and structure to satisfy the control requirement of low impact,and promote the recycling area of rain flood resources.The results show that the main ones suitable for low impact development are general cargo and container yards among all kinds of wharfs,and sponge port area needs to focus on low impact development of yard and road.
