    Abstract:

In order to study the temperature variation law of hydration heat of mass concrete and its influence on temperature cracks,we carry out a finite element simulation analysis and monitoring of buried thermometers for the ship lock under construction. By comparing the results of finite element calculation and measured temperature,we get the possible reasons for the difference between them. By setting the parameters of heat release function and strength adjustment function, the calculated results are closer to the actual engineering situation.Based on the results of finite element analysis, the possibility of temperature cracks in the main structure of ship lock is evaluated by the crack index. After adjusting the heat release function and strength adjustment function,it is known by calculation that the possibility of cracks in the main structure is less than 5%,which is consistent with the appearance of the main structure. We also discuss the similarities and differences of various codes for calculating the temperature stress to provide reference for selecting applicable codes and interoperability for relevant calculation.
