Under the strategic superposition condition of “the Belt and Road”,“the Huaihe River Ecological Economic Belt”and“the Yangtze River Delta Integration”,aiming at the problems of inadequate development of high-level waterway of Jiangsu,Anhui and Henan provinces and no regional network,the layout of the existing waterway network in each province is analyzed,the way,important node and logistics hub network of foresight waterway connecting the Yangtze River and seas are put forward,and that the channel network is a strong support for the national strategy to extend to the west and boost the regional economy is pointed out.The high-level waterway network provides a reference for the region to give full play to its strategic advantages and implement the strategy jointly.
