During raising of the miter gate,not only there is a safety risk on the construction due to the artificial mechanical jack,but also the construction efficiency is not high.This paper studies the utilization and control requirements of the mechanical jack,and proposes a feasible automatic jack scheme:adopting the mature technology of PLC and the drive technology,the automatic mechanical jacking is realized. Furthermore,this paper summarizes the automatic control scheme and corresponding mechanical jacking design scheme to provide reference for the upgrading from the artificial mechanical jacking to the automatic control during raising construction of the miter door.
