To reduce the shutdown faults caused by the lockout and water level fluctuations of the Three-gorges ship lift,we analyze the common lockout faults of the Three Gorges ship lift,and form a scientific operation method to deal with the impact of the lockout based on the research on the control operation,scheduling mode,process optimization,etc. to lower the lockout and shutdown faults rate and reduce the impact of the lockout and shutdown,meanwhile to improve the operating efficiency.
