The construction of prefabricated drain is the most difficult link in quality control of soft soil foundation treatment.In the actual construction,only the sensory is often used to judge whether the quality is qualified or not.Combining with a vacuum preloading in Lianyungang project,we summarize drainage board construction each link of quality control strategies,analyze the site construction quality problems and technical difficulties from a technical point,and propose the formula for calculating the laying depth of prefabricated drain and the method for controlling the deviation of prefabricated drain position,verticality and return of prefabricated drain in actual construction management.The results can provide references for the similar projects.
