Abstract:Recently,L-AGV begins to be applied to the newly-built automated container terminal,and the reliable container inspection scheme is necessary to the safety and efficiency of L-AGV.Aiming at the problems that high frequency of malfunction and a great impact on handling efficiency of the L-AGV container inspection scheme,we study the bottom structure of the mainstream container in China,analyze the inspection logic of L-AGV container type deeply,and propose a new method to alternative the traditional container inspection scheme.The results show that the current detection logic cannot adapt to all the operating conditions encountered by L-AGV,and the inspection efficiency is low.The proposed inspection scheme can avoid the previous question effectively,also can satisfy the increasingly needs of safety and efficiency.
