    Abstract:

    Aiming at the car-dumper system’s difficulties in complexity of loading and unloading process,interference between equipment and pipeline,compact indoor layout and narrow construction work surface of the railway-river combined transportation in the upper Yangtze River,we carry out the application research of collaborative design of multi-profession,interference checking,simulation analysis,dynamic delivery and construction control application by the BIM technology,explore the technical route of the BIM implementation in the large bulk cargo project and put it into practice to provide a reference for the BIM application of similar projects.The analysis shows that the BIM technology can be closely integrated with complex engineering projects to improve the efficiency and quality of the design and construction and guide the project implementation and cost control.The potential in the water transportation industry is worth exploring in depth.
