Abstract:At present,China’s port engineering construction has entered a new period.The scale and the investment of the project are large.At the same time,it also faces problems such as complex natural conditions,tight construction period,and complex construction procedures.In the case of diversified construction mode,ensuring the smooth implementation of the project is the fundamental requirement of the construction unit.Aiming at the problem of how to effectively carry out risk control in port construction,this paper makes a comparative analysis of the different construction modes,uses the analytic hierarchy process to establish a quantitative analysis model,and constructs the judgment matrix and consistency check,finally gets the optimal choice which meets the requirements of the construction unit for system target decision and risk control.
