Aiming at the dust pollution problem of coal port,through the analysis research of the present situation of domestic coal port equipment,we put forward a series of technical innovation,such as wet electrostatic precipitator for coal transport system,accurate watering of stacker,equipment modification of the ship loader boom to avoid coal spilling pollution,coal dust collecting device for belt conveyor,return belt cleaning device.The problem of coal dust pollution during loading and unloading process is effectively solved by these technological improvements,and the unorganized coal dust pollution has been transformed into a reasonable and orderly recycling system.The coal dust treatment workshop is designed to avoid secondary pollution,and it has realized scientific and environmental recycling of coal dust.
