Abstract:According to the requirements for cross-border e-commerce supervision and the problems in planning of regulatory facilities,we summarize the requirements of the supervision facilities in customs supervision areas related to cross-border e-commerce,a rising industry,by systematically studying the legislation of the General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China.The results show that the basic construction content of regulatory facilities should be door area,clearance area,isolated seine or wall and monitored control system,and also flat functional layout.This paper provides the reference in planning and construction of regulatory facilities in cross-border e-commerce supervision.
