Abstract:Aiming at the mooring stability condition of the open-type large offshore bulk cargo terminal,the paper adopts the international motion criteria to analyze the mooring stability condition of an open-type large offshore bulk cargo terminal in West Africa.The results show that the non-operational period of the jetty to be built is 2.3%~13.5%,the tranquility condition is favorable and the general layout of the jetty is reasonable.The method may serve as reference for the mooring stability condition analysis of similar projects.
