Because of the great scale and long construction period in Luoyu work zone,in order to ensure the operation of 9# and 10# bulk terminals,and to reduce the impact of the port that have been built,based on the construction conditions,stage construction and demands of construction,we take measures including determining reasonably terminal function handling technology and layout of the yard and auxiliary facilities,etc.,and reach the targeted goal of the reasonable function layout,high land utilization.
