Relying on Heishazhou waterway regulation project,BIM technology is used to solve several key problems in implementation and management of the construction,and plans of BIM application are put forward.The results show that the BIM technology has higher application value in waterway regulation construction organization simulation,construction schedule and cost management,collaborative work,construction quality management,etc.，and can be applied in the similar projects.
