In view of the problems in the embankment construction such as the lack of sand,the far-away sand source and unsuitable soil condition for the site getting of sand applied to the bagged sand,and based on the PMB petrochemical project in Brune,this paper carry out a research on the cutter suction dredger combined with bagged sand for the embankment,i.e.，adopting large cutter suction dredger to fill the bagged sand embankment to probe into the new technology for the bagged sand embankment and the control of the construction efficiency,construction quality,as well as the construction cost.
