In addition to the specific provisions of laws and regulations,the safety responsibility of the safety supervision unit of the water transport project shall be affected by other unfavorable factors.Based on the analysis of the unfavorable factors of safety supervision for water transport engineering from the proprietor,constructor and supervisor,we put forward countermeasures to be taken by the water transport engineering supervision enterprise and project supervision organization to avoid safety risks.
