The hydraulic ship lift includes the hydraulic filling and emptying system,the mechanical system,the upper(lower)gates and hoists equipment,the electrical system,etc.This paper analyzes failures of all systems of the ship lift and relevant impacts of these failures on the operation of the ship lift,gives the classification and countermeasures of the accident conditions combining with the operation process of the ship lift,and probes into several typical accident conditions.
