    Abstract:

    In combination with the design of a container wharf project in Wenzhou Port,and in view of the complicated natural circumstance & environmental condition,poor construction condition,as well as high requirements,we study the application of super long combination large- diameter cylinder pile in the deep soft soil area.Analyzing the advantages of super-long combination pile,and carrying out the static-load test for the super long combination large-diameter cylinder pile,we demonstrate the applicability of the pile foundation in the offshore area with ultra thick soft soil covering,determine the friction coefficient and tip resistance of the pile,optimize the arrangement and length of the pile,and thus greatly reduce the project investment.
