The hydraulic driving system is the core of the hydraulic ship lift,and its design determines the lifting efficiency and operation safety of the ship lift directly.Based on Jinghong hydraulic ship lift project,reasonable layout and structure design of hydraulic driving system and variable speed opening mode are proposed through unsteady flow numerical analysis of the process of filling and emptying.The hydraulic pipeline design is optimized through physical model test.The length of straight section is extended and the connected corridor is added to raise the synchronism of water levels of vertical wells.Furthermore,considering many other factors,the detail design of hydraulic driving system of Jinghong ship lift including the inlet and outlet,water delivery pipeline,vertical well,etc.is put forward,which may serve as reference for the hydraulic driving system design of the same-kind ship lift.
