This paper analyzes the characteristics and advantages of underwater glass fiber sleeve and introduces the application of glass fiber sleeve combining with the repair project of Zhapo oil depot wharf project,including the choice of key design parameters and construction technologies,construction process,as well as construction organization.The results show that glass fiber sleeve is a convenient and safe construction technology which can effectively repair the pile foundation and improve the durability.
