    Abstract:

    For determining the downstream maintenance water level of large navigation structures,we adopt the engineering analogy method to analyze the influential factors such as the natural reservoir inflow,peak regulation flow,backwater effect of the downstream cascade,as well as the influence to the reservoir inflow on the upstream cascades after construction.The result is obtained that the water level which has the minimum impact on the output of the powerhouse should be chosen as the maintenance water level of the navigation structures.
