Abstract:The 5 000 DWT channel of Weifang West Port is located in Xiaoqing River estuary.Because of severe sedimentation,we design 5 000 DWT channel with breakwaters to improve the development of Weifang West Port,and put forward three layout schemes.Based on the wave,tidal flow and sediment mathematical model,we analyze the amount of silting for each planning scheme,also calculate the engineering construction cost of each planning scheme.Based on the analysis of life cycle cost (LCC),we confirm the short dyke as the optimal scheme after the comprehensive analysis.
