Taking the Tongzhou Bay project’s organization and implementation of dumped rocks as an example,the temporary routes is planned,a temporary connection for change ships is set up,and the scheme to transship and riprap is made.A safe and efficiently special technology scheme of water riprap in the shallow intertidal areas is formed.Furthermore,some matters which should be noticed and optimized in the construction are described.
