The general cargo terminal is one of the most complex terminals in port loadingunloading logistics,which have many uncertain factors.The description,analysis and control of the loadingunloading process have always been an engineering technical problem.This paper analyzes the complex characteristics of the production logistics in the general cargo terminal,summarizes the random parameters of the loading/unloading process,and proposes the modeling methods of the conceptual model and simulation model of the general cargo terminals.Finally,the correctness of the simulation analysis method is verified by a case study.
