    Abstract:

    Based on BIM technology of a liquefied natural gas terminal as an example,this article introduces & summarizes some design experience including the parametric modeling,modular collaborative design,fusion applications of model and finite element analysis,construction experience including virtual construction,modular construction and visualization technical disclosure.Based on the preliminary application of construction control platform,the prospect of extended application for the operational phase is put forward,which can provide the reference for the realization of the BIM technology application in the whole life cycle of wharf engineering.
