    Abstract:

    In view of the complex operation environment and big ship traffic density of the second phase of Nanjing 12.5 meters’deepwater channel project,we design the navigation and production safety information platform.[JP3]Based on the web service system of B/S mode,we realize all inspection records of navigation and production safety,safety emergency support,navigation environment monitoring,video surveillance,etc.utilizing the function component structure to design system and taking advantages of the massive data organization and management technology,and can update all kinds of information in a timely manner.The system has achieved the expected effect in the practical application.
