Combining with the situation of national coal production,consumption and transport,we analyze the impact of the northern coal port’s layout,the rear railway channel planning and the coal loading trends on the future development of specialized coal port,study the dock layout,the import of coal,the construction of the coal transfer base and development trend of docking and unloading port,and explore the adaptability of sub-regional and sub-structure of the national coastal port coal specialization transportation system.Based on the research,problems and suggestions are put forward.
