The emergency plan plays an important role in improving rescue capabilities and reducing the loss during accidents.Based on the second phase of Nanjing 12.5 m deep channel project,we analyze the proposed emergency plan,which sums up the comprehensive emergency plans,emergency plans for specialized scenes,and on-site emergency plans,and extracts the corresponding event types and contents for each emergency plan.We also introduce the emergency organization and emergency procedure in the first responsibility system.
