The crush on the top of PHC pile，vertical cracks and horizontal cracks are common problems in PHC pile driving that usually endanger the project’s quality.This paper analyzes the mechanism of common engineering quality problems during the PHC pile’s driving，and proposes effective counter measures.Moreover，advices on restoration of PHC piles with quality problems are presented.
