Considering fully the general characteristics of inlanf roro terminals,and selecting 2 key influential factors including channel condition and collecting & dispatching condition,we analyze comparatively the advantages and disadvantages of Yueyang port and Changsha port in developing the roro transport of commercial cars.The result shows that Yueyang port is more advantageous in the channel condition,location,and transportation cost.So Yueyang port is advised as the harbor site.
