Numerical simulation is a relatively simple and efficient method using computer-related equations and numerical computation of image display,and it has been used widely in the engineering research.Based on the actual the existing code Navigation Standard of Inland Waterway(GB 50139—2004),this paper expounds the application of numerical simulation in the demonstration on the bridge clearance to provide a scientific basis for the determination of parameters on the bridge navigation.
