Based on the analysis of the international situation and development trend of international ports and relevant experience in port information construction，this paper puts forward an application system architecture of intelligent ports using smart grid concept and proposes the goal of building intelligent ports and overall building framework to promote the intelligentization of China’s port development and make port play a pivotal role in the international supply chain.
