Based on the introduction and research on key technologies of structure selection and design for a typical ultra deep foundation trench gravity quay,we analyze the main factors about structure selection,and propose countermeasures for the layer selection,foundation trench excavation,foundation trench’s riprapping,bearing capacity’s guaranteeing,and settlement control in the design.It can provide reference for similar engineering designs.
