Along with the governmental strategy of encouraging domestic enterprises to practice the “out going” policy, numerous overseas port projects emerged in recent years. Therefore, based on the analysis of project examples, this paper summarizes typical characteristics and categories, discusses the main work flows and key work points, and puts forward the detailed compilation and prettification suggestions.
