This paper analyses the coherence of paper-based and electronic documents, electronic signature and design standardization during the archives digitalization based on the common problem of electronic document management and objectives of archives digitalization. The paper describes the new methods and processes of the company’s electronic archives management, evaluates it and summarizes the experience of archives digitalization. The paper also prospects the future work of archives digitalization.
