This article presents the fundamental states of the management of the Jingjiang reach since the Tenth Five-Year Plan, and summarizes the characteristics, preliminary results and general experience of the waterway management, and gives advice such as unified planning, stepped implementation, far & near combination,dynamic management, offensiveness and defensiveness to enhance the durability of the project and set up coordination mechanism of the Jingjiang management.
