In order to control the breakwater settlement reservation better, we calculate the settlement of the foundation and embankment in different periods and the settlement in the construction process at all times. According to the theoretical calculation and observation data of settlement, we control the settlement reservation in stages. The result shows that the settlement data coincides with the theoretical calculation.
